Q. Hi Dr Bohara, I wish to get my teeth whitened which have become stained due to chewing of paan -parag (betel nuts + catechu). The stains are of exogenous nature and even deep scaling and polishing have failed to lighten the colour. I have given up chewing paan parag for over 3 months now.
