Is there a way to improve look of remaining baby teeth?

Q. hello. im 29 years old and i hate my smile. my teeth are not crooked, nor do i have any extra teeth or anything of that nature. i do, however, have two baby teeth that never came out. it’s the teeth right next to the two front teeth. they never fell out as a child and now i have a mouth full of adult teeth with these two small little baby teeth, one on each side and i hate it. my smile doesnt look the way i would like it to. i dont have the money for vaneers, i dont even have dental insurance because i cant afford it. please tell me is there anything i can do to get this issue fixed.,
A. By having them built up with white filling material you may be able to get some improvement at an affordable price
