Is there a fast way to correct my overbite in time for my wedding?

Q.
i HAVE AN OVERBITE IN MY JAW BUT OTHERWISE NO PROBLEMS, i HAVE BEEN LOST IN THE SYSTEM AT MY LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR 3 YEARS NOW AND WAS FINALLY OFFERED BRACES THIS WEEK AND SURGERY IN TWO YEARS TIME, i AM GETTING MARRIED IN 18 MONTHS TIME ABD SO THIS IS NOW NOT AN OPTION. i NEED TO KNOW IF MY SITUATION COULD BE HELPED BY SURGERY ALONE OR INVISALIGN BRACES FOLLOWED BY SURGERY AND WHAT TYPE OF COST WOULD IT BE, I AM ON CONSTANT PAINKILLERS AT THE MOMENT AND SUFFER CONSTANT HEADACHES THROUGH MY CLICKY JAW I NEED HELP.

It is possible that surgery alone could resolve your problem, but usually careful realignment of the teeth to achieve an acceptable bite is required. The best way to achieve this is with fixed appliance orthodontic braces. We are using Invisalign in some limited cases to achieve the same result. treatment time is often 12-18 months following surgery so you’d be cutting it fine for your wedding. You’d need to have a consultation rather soon and it just might be possible to be finished but time is of the essence. Private treatment cost for this procedure are usually around the £20-£25k mark
