is nickol a suitable metal for bridgework

Q. Can you please tell me if nickol is suitable metal for use with bridgework and/or implants regards

A. Nickol chrome is often used for the framework of bridges, however if you have a known allegy to nickol you may wish to consider an alternative such as gold alloy or all ceramic
