Hello Dr Moore. I am in my sixties and have had Zoom done with no noticeable results. I would not be happy with very white teeth, so my question is: is it possible to use Enlighten just in my home to my desired level of whiteness? I have problems wearing my trays at night, so could I do it for just an hour during the day?

Hello and thank you for your enquiry. Home whitening works the best and throughout the night time is the best time to do it. Alternatively you could also use the trays for a few hours during your day it will just probably just take longer to achieve the desired result.
