I have not had the best of luck with any of the teeth whitening tginhs out there, but studies have shown that anything with baking soda in it will whiten your teeth. My boyfriend has used crest with white stripes toothpaste and has had results. You can stop at and get more reviews on what other people think about this type of thing.

Hi, I’ve got fluorosis on my two front teeth. There are two prominent squares of chalky white colouring right in the middle of my two front teeth along with a slight brown spot on one of my teeth. I asked my dentist about getting them whitened to try and get the discolouration to be less visible. I understand that the white chalky patches may become lighter to start with and settle down but my dentist adament that it won’t work and veneers are the best way forward. Is this true? I really want to try and get my teeth sorted as I’m getting married next June. I’m concerned that my dentist is trying to get me to spend more money.

You could try whitening with a view to veneers if it doesn’t work that well, thats what I’d try, you still have lots of time to get it done
