Is it possible to have a permament denture with four implants, any idea of the cost?

Q. i am living in namibia and have just had 5 implants in my bottom jaw ,my dentist has told me that my bone for the uper jaw is to thin ,he wants to place 6 implants in my top jaw ,but i have just read on your website that 2-4 is enough , the area where i have enough bone is in the middle of my jaw away from the sinus ,i would like to point out that at the momment i am toothless and im wearing a full upper denture and im only 36 years old .i will be returning in january to england and would like to have implants with a permanant denture but if a sinus lift is neede then i will have to live with my false teeth ,if it is poosible to have a permanant denture with only 4 implants then i will go ahead with it ,please also can you give me a ball park figure as to what it will cost ,,,thank you in advance,
A. You may want to consider the All-on-4 technique to anchor a fixed denture. This may work well and avoids the need to carry out a sinus lift. we charge from around £12,000 for this treatment.
