Is It Possible To Get Veneers On The NHS?

Q.
Hi, my question is can I get veneers on the NHS at any dentist as long at they treat NHS patients I have a gap in my front teeth and I refuse too smile in a picture, I have had it all my life. A few years ago I was at my dentist and I asked for veneers on the NHS and they said they won’t do them on the NHS at that dentist but I seen my friend a couple of months ago and she’s at the same dentist that I was at and she has had veneers done and its hard for me now too smile at job interviews or when I socialize, because I haven’t got the confidence any more as what I did have after growing up and wanting my gap closed up I am only 19 going on 20 and wanted it done since I was 13 could you help me by telling me if I can get it done and where?

Elective cosmetic dental treatment is not available on the National Health Service as it is requested rather than needed for health. You would need to seek private treatment from an experienced cosmetic dentist for this type of service

How did you get on with your research into the above?
I’m in a similar situation. I absolutely hate mine. Top row are all over the place as they’re all bunched up. Can’t smile on photos, and I’m dreading my wedding pictures next year…
