Is it possible to get jaw correction at my age?

Q. Hi dear Dr Moore i m 46 yrs old lady.Ihave got jaw deformity by birth.MY jaw is not symetrical.had few surgery when silicone was inserted to balance the shape of chin but it was always unsuccessful beacause it always got infected.I have always wanted jaw correction of to improve tha appearance and to get confidence.Is it possible at this age.Please advise.,
A. It should still be possible to correct the jaw but you will need to be seen by an expert in this sort of urgery. Ask you GP or dentist for a referral to a specialist in your area.
