Q. I work in a customer service department and i talk on a telephone for most of the day and i would like to get a denture that would not move and is secured so that I could Talk / laugh without the chance of the denture falling out. Its a top denture that I am concerned about because I only have 4 teeth. Is it possible for a denture to look like permanent teeth?
