Is full-mouth periodontal debridement good for treating gingival recession.
Q. I have mild chronic periodontitis with areas of mild gingival recession. My dentist recommends a conventional full-mouth periodontal debridement. Is this procedure correct?
A. Sounds good to me. You need to have all the bacteria removed to remove the infection in your gums followed by regular visits with the hygienist to maintain the results – at least 3 monthly
