Q. I have had numerous dental problems throughout my life. I did wear braces for about 6 years as a teenager..I am now 46 and my teeth have become buck again, which I hate. I have a hard time getting comfortable with a dentist and know I need other work as well. I do not think my teeth could hold up to braces again..do you think dental implants would be best solution for me? would they work if maybe I just got them on the 1st 4 fromt teeth?
