Is Damon braces good choice to close missing tooth gap?

Q. i have missing upper lateral incisors and also have c rowdy teeth in my lower teeth so i see the orthodontist which snuggest ceramic brackets in up and fixed metal in low ,but i ask him to do Damon system for me .what do you think,
A. I just need to discuss something with you first, If your upper lateral incisors are missing and the orthodontist has suggested that you move close the gaps by pulling the canines in, the your smile may look a little odd as the canines are alot bigger than waht you side teth are supposed to be. For the best ‘aesthetic’ result, then I would recommend that you consider having dental implants in these areas to regain these missing teeth. that way you will create a perfect smile an dthe braces can align the other teeth accordingly. Damon barces is a good alternative to conventional braces as the treatment time is reduced considerably. Ceramic braces are also a good option, because they are a little more discreet and can still be done quite quicly- systems such as 6 month smiles work well. You just need to be aware that the more discreet options are usually more expensive. Hope this has helped.
