In profile my top teeth slant inwards as apposed to being vertical inline with my face

Q. Hi, i had braces when i was younger and had 4 teeth pulled out. now at 21 my teeth are straight but in profile my top teeth slant inwards as apposed to being vertical inline with my face. is there a way to bring my top teeth out and vertical? thanks

A. You could have the teeth realigned with orthodonticsor you could have cosmetic work to alter the appearance of your teeth.  If you are generally happy with your teeth I would suggest orthodontics.
