Im suffering from acid erosion how can i have my smile back?

Q. Hi I am 15 years old I have special needs and i am on alot of medication. I am currantley suffering with acid arosion(NOT BAD) and my teeth have gone all wonkey also some teeth have lost som inner enamel. What can be done to get my smile back

A. Orthodontiscs is probably a possibility with something to protect your teeth against the acid damage such as a night time retainer
