Im not happy with my front teeth bridges so can ive dental implants instead advice

Q. Hi. Would you be able to help me. I have a bridge at the front of my mouth Teath 1-3 on the left 4 on the left has recently been extracted. on the right tooth 1 is normal 2 is crowned 3 is normal. The bridge I have had for 20 years now and it looks horrid and does not match my only natural tooth at the front. I am keen to have an implant in space 4 as I just cant cope with the denture I have been given. DO you have any suggestions of what can be done and a rough idea of the cost to have my teath 4-4 looking the same?

A. Hi msny thanks for your email, the best option to gain some symmetry and colour stabilty would be to have your smile designed from 4 – 4. the upper right four should be a veneer, the bridge should be replaced with an all porcelain bridge. the upper right one should be veneered, the upper right two crown should be replaced with a all porcleain crown and the upper right three should be a veneer. the implant in the upper left four. This plan of action would ensure the smile be as close to perfect as possible.

hope this is helpful.
