I’m Missing Two Teeth In My Lower Jaw As My Permanent Teeth Didn’t Come Through. How Can I Close This Gap?

Q.
Hello Andrew. I’m missing 2 teeth in my lower jaw at the front but the gap I have can take only one implant.  If I place one tooth above the implant it leads to gap between the teeth. What can I do to reduce the gap? For me no permanent teeth have grown, after the milk teeth came through I didn’t get my permanent teeth. I got my treatment in dental college. They said I could have only one single tooth implant otherwise you go for bridge technique. I look forward to hearing your reply.

Hello and thank you for writing in. It sounds like you have a fairly unique case so I would need to see you in person to give you any kind of detailed advice. Why not consult your local dentist? Try to find a dentist who has various examples of successful cases to show you. If you’d like to know more about dental implants and bridges you can find it with a search through this website. I hope this helps you for now. Kind regards, Dr Andrew Moore.
