I had moulds made of my teeth, and I am waiting for the Clincheck from America to decide if I am happy to go ahead with the process.
I am having second thoughts about the braces. However I have paid a 500 pound deposit that I was told was taken for the moulds, X-ray, etc. I am wondering if I changed my mind could I get the deposit back or have I forfeited it due to having the moulds made? Thank you for helping me with this matter.

Hello and thank you for getting in touch. You will have forfeited the deposit as there are significant costs involved in getting your Clincheck set up done from your moulds unfortunately.
