Q. I am 43yrs old and have a massive gap between my two front teeth. There is not a tooth missing it has grown like this as I was never fitted with a brace. The gap is very large now and I never smile because of this. What can be done and how much will it cost?
A. If the gap might be getting bigger due to gum disease. Get your dentist to check it out and then you can decide if its possible to improve the appearance
