Q. I have had crowns on my front teeth since about the age of 10. my teeth protude at the front due to the sucking of thumb when little. i am now 42 and am seriously thinking of having a brace to push tme back. is it too late for this and can it be done with the crowns on the front two teeth without dislodging them.
