Q. hi im 24 years old and have really bad teeth my front teeth are chipped and back teeth have holes in i think i will need dentures but am worried about having to keep them out over night and worried incase they fall out as its really embarrising having false teeth at such a young age can i get mini implants on the nhs so that my dentures will be secure or is there anything else i could get done.thankyou 

A. I’m sorry but there won’t be any possibility of implants on the NHS, well fitting dentures might be your only solution
