If a gap has started to appear between my front teeth do I have acid erosion?

Hi, im 20 years old and haven’t been to the dentists in a few years because I always hated them has a child. But over the past year Iv noticed my 2 top front teeth are starting to wear away. A gap has appeared in the middle of them and its really starting to effect my confidence. Iv been reading on the internet and it sounds very much like acid erosion. I was just wondering if anything could be done? Thank You

You need to visit a dentist to get them checked, if they are left long term they could end up fracturing. They can probably repaired with a composite filling material it is a straight forward procedure.
