Dear sir please can you help me im in real need of implants im 38 yrs and have a disabled son i do not have the money upfront but could pay of in installments i have no life at the moment because of my teeth sir i used to go to the dentist regulary but a mad dentist butchered me has now gave me a phobia sir im not asking for charity iv even offered to be a guinea pig for the stem cell implants but there is a waiting list for that sir my son has ehlers-danlos syndrome and he’s autistic and other than hes hospital appointments i wont go out the door i would pay you back monthly i have even tryed to get a loan to use. thank you so much even if you cant do it and know of anything else i can do thank you
