I would like to replace my dentures with implants is it possible?

Q. Hi, I have full upper dentures, I have had them for years. I am 41, and would like to know if it is possible for me to consider dental implants? I seem to find conflicting advice on the Internet, and I am unsure if it is worth pursuing any further. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

A. Hello , It will be possible to place implants but you may need the bone rebuilding prior to the implant placement if the teeth have been missing for a  long time. The next thing to do is to find a dentist to assess you and to arrnage a CT scan to measure the exact amount of bone available for implants to decide what can be acheived. let me know if you’d like me to take a look- implant@advancedentalclinic.comregards  Andrew
