I Would Like To Get Implants With Two Silver Teeth. How Much Would This Cost?

Q.
Hi Dr Hughes. I have a top and bottom plate. Can I get implants with two silver teeth and how much would it cost? I’m 28 and have had them for about five years, how long does it take for your bone to start to deteriorate? How long would the surgery take? How much would the payment plan be and how would it work? Can you please help me? I have a very insecurity about it because I’m so young. My dentures are uncomfortable and I really want to do it before my bone deteriorates, it has already been five years. Can you please help me some way somehow?

There are a myriad of potential solutions for you and possible variables with your unique situation so it’s impossible to accurately answer your questions without first examining you, doing investigations (such as X-rays and study models) and consulting with you on all the options and the results and expectations you have.

My advice would be to go and see a very experienced implant dentist near you or come and see us in London if it’s convenient?

You can certainly have ‘silver’ (usually white gold actually) made for crowns on implants. Cost in our practice for the very highest quality material would be approximately £1250 each crown (as well as the cost of the surgery and implants).

The surgery time depends on the complexity of your case, how many implants are needed and if any bone grafting or additional procedures are required.

Bone starts resorbing immediately after the teeth are extracted. ideally implants go in the same day of up to 12 weeks later for best retention of bone volume and density.

Please go and see a suitable dentist asap, Kind regards, Mark.
