The fastest solution would be to have veneers placed.  If your teeth protrude by a large amount you may need the nerves of your teeth treated.  The ideal treatment would be orthodontics first ( or maybe that will be all that you need) to move you teeth into the correct position.  This does take several months, although I have treated a number of cases within 3 months using a new appliance called an Inman Aligner very successfully.
