Q. As a child my front teeth stuck out and my carers were advised by professionals to remove one tooth form each side inorder for my front teeth to spread out. The braces helped however left gaps on each side. I have a bridge on my left side however I can see black/grey on top of the tooth near my gums. I have a gap on my right side which makes me feel uncomfortable. Plus one of my front tooth has discoloured and I think it my be a dead tooth.I have had bad experience with my teeth therefore very scared of going to the dentist. I would like implants but apprehensive and worried about the cost, how long it would take and the end result.Are you willing to take on a challenge? Can you help me? I am from Birmingham?,
