I will be having apicectomy on front tooth can i do this treatment under sedation
Q. I WILL BE HAVING A APICECTOMY ON FRONT TOOTH. I JUST WATHCH A VIDEO SHOWING THE PROCEDURE AND NOW I REALLY, REALLY WANT SOME FORM OF SEDATION. WHY WOULD MY DENTIST SAY OH, DONT WORRY YOU DONT NEED IT. I DONT THINK I CAN DO THIS WITHOUT THE SEDATION.
A. You will be fine under local anaesthetic sometimes watching videos of procedures is not the best think to do! However I do agree that IV sedation is generally the best way to have the procedure ask your dentist for this option.
