I was wondering can i get braces ive a gaping the middle of my teeth how can i fix it?

Q. hey i was wondering can i get braces…cause i have a gapin the middle of my teeth.im 13 years old and i haven’t been to a dentist in like 3 years…..grandma wont take us…soo is there anyway that i can close the gap..and get kinda whiter teeth??????
