I want to know the cost of fixed dentures?
Q. Hi I am looking for a top denture that is secured. so that the denture cannot fall down I would like to know what the cost of this work I do realise that this would be an estimeate Could i also get details /options for overcoming the problem I currently have 4 top teeth and could these be used to anchor the denture
A. If your existing teeth are in good health and well supported by underlying bone they can be used in a number of ways to secure a denture. A reasonabel fee for using advanced techiniques such as precision retained denture attached to 4 crowns placed on your 4 remaining teeth would be in the region of £6000 to £8000. If the teeth are not healthy then implants would be a good option to support a denture. An estimate for this type of treatment depending on the type of attachments used to secure the denture would be in the region of £6000 to £12000 . Finance is available to spread the cost for these treatments. Hope this helps
