I want to explore my implant options in the UK including the cost, quality and guarantee. Can you advise?

I am based in Qatar in the Middle East. Since I had troublesome upper teeth and some were missing due to bad hygiene and dental bridges did not work for me, as they came off pretty often, hence I went to India for tooth implant. The dental surgeon there took out all my upper teeth, did some bone grafting and gave me a denture to wear as a stop gap. The implant will now take place six months from today (say in June) and then the final prosthesis in another six months. I was told that I need 8 implants. I am not too happy with this process. I want to explore what my options are in the UK, the cost , the quality, the guarantee that the teeth will last long,and the time required for your 4 implants method.
your guidance in this regard will be very much appreciated. Please also let me have the location of your clinic and how long in advance I will have to make an appointment as I will have to fly down to London for the treatment.

Firstly it is impossible to give you a detailed treatment plan, costs and prognosis , without examining your mouth.
1. The cost will really depend on the following factors
– how many implants will be required in your case
– do you require minor bone graft or sinus lifts
– what quality of dental implants do you desire which will affect prognosis
– what quality of final restoration do you wish i.e acrylic , composite or porcelain. Do you wish cement retained or screw retained. Do you wish sectional bridges or one full bridge.
2. The prognosis of the treatment is dependable on how you look after your mouth, seeing the hygienist every 3 months, smoking, systemic health problems, etc
My advice would be to have a detailed consultation to allow the clinician to examine your mouth in detail and to take xrays. Only then will the clinician be able to answer your questions in detail.
