I want teeth implants and am very nervous
Q. I am looking at getting teeth implants (most of my teeth are capped, filled or missing). I am nervous when visiting a dentist (which I havent for about 8years) If I get implants is this done under local/general anesthetic? Also can you recommend a good Dental Insurance Plan.
A. With the appropriate dentist you should be able to have dental implants under local anaesthetic or with IV sedation which is a better option than general anaesthetic as you do not fully lose consciousness.
I think you will find that any dental insurance company will not cover implant costs for pre-existing conditions but it may be worth a try
Kind regards
