I want a tongue bifurcation or split tongue surgery

Q. I have long been considering having a tongue bifurcation or tongue split, purely for cosmetic reasons. Would anybody be able to point me in the direction of a medical professional that could perform this?

 

A. I am not sure that any responsible health professional would carry out that particular procedure and I would certainly think carefully about the long term effects of such a procedure
