I used scalling treatment but no result for teeth whitening

Respacted Dr. i sawing tobaco for last 7 year my all teeth is this time totally brown i use scalling treatment but no result here Dr. says your teeth is internali brown no chance some one says use to bleaching treatment ya make teath cap plz sir replay which treatment i use and make white teeth i am from surat/ahmedabad plz
A. You could try professional tooth whitening but it depends how badly the are stained. As you know chewing tobacco is a large cause of oral cancer.
