i took one molar out when I was 12

Q. i took one molar out when I was 12. (now I am 19) now… the place where I took the molar out has dissapeared, (bone atrophy) and the problem is that my face is misshaped now because on one side I have all the molars and on another I have one missing. To do something about it I thought to take 3 more molars to balance the structure of my face and becuse the molars were very damaged anyway and needed to be tken out (this happened last year) now i regret taking out so many molars out and I want to now if i can have implants especially on the side where i took the molar out when i was 12. i would also like to mention that i also need orthodontic treatmeant because i have a deep overbite. what shoud i do first. thank you.

A. Generally the deep overbite should be addressed first followed by implant work if you have aenough bone present and you are a good candidate for implants.
