I think I have gum disease due to smoking

Q. I have loose teeth due to gum disease and in the past smoking what is my best choice full dentures.

A. It sounds like you have severe gum disease. A proper diagnosis is first required and the level of bone around your remaining teeth assessed to see if they can be saved. Sometimes they can be saved by splinting them together once you have had the gum disease treated. Other times bone grafting is possible to strengthen the bone around them. If these options are not possible then you may have to end up with some form of dentures. These may be partial dentures to start with - can allow you to get used to wearing them rather than going straight to full dentures. If you do end up with full dentures these can be improved by using dental implants to help keep them firmly in place.
