Q. Hi, I’m really in a pinick as I have being wearing bridges for three years now , until this morning I woke up and they were not there . apparently I had swallowed them in my sleep as shocking as it sounds. I have to go back to work tomorrow and very embarrassed with the state my teeth are in . Its sunday now and I cant get anyone. do you know if I can get an emergency denture? or do you think i may need implants. sorry I dont know what to ask
A. Dear E
You need to contact your dentist as an emergency measure to be treated first thing in the morning and contact you’re A&E hospital unit to inform them what has happened to see if prudent to attend for an xray to determine if you have swallowed the bridges
