Hi Andrew. I am writing to you in order to seek some advice. I am very embarrassed to admit that I sucked my thumb day and night from being a baby to age 12. Now my teeth are crooked and arched and I am regularly told that I have “vampire teeth” because my canines stick out. I have lost a lot of confidence because of this and cannot smile in pictures. I am a teenager and have been refused help by my dentist because the problem is cosmetic. Please can you advise me on the best procedures for my case and hopefully, cheap ones also, preferably due to my current situation with money. I would also like to know if my teeth will gradually set straight again over time as well?
