i still have a Childs tooth

Q. I have been told by my dentist that i still have a Childs tooth and the reason for this is because my adult tooth is laying flat and is unable to push it out. She told me i would need an operation to remove the tooth and Anker the other one down. Would i need to have braces after this type of operation and would i be eligible for clear ones?

A.

I am not aware of the NHS providing invisalign or clearstep. My experience is private fees £3000-5000 for this route.

You would not necessarily need braces. I have treated cases under private contract where the missing tooth was replaced with
- a single implant fixture & crown (£2000- 2500)
- an adhesive bridge  ( 450-700 )
- a crown retained bridge ( 700- 1000)
- a denture

Sorry for the delay during my annual leave
