If you have enough bone you can have at least 2 implants placed per jaw and new dentures made.  Make sure you find a good dentist to do this.  In my practice we treat alot of people like yourself and carry out large grafting procedures.  You also need to make sure that the dentist that makes your new dentures is experienced as new dentures will feel very strange for you.  Ask them if they will carry out an “Gothic arch tracing” for your new dentures as this will improve the size and fit of them.  You can email me again if you need more advice.
