I need root canal treatment, how can I afford to pay for this?

hello dr moore, i wondered if you could help me? the problem is that i dont have an nhs dentist, i have been on the waiting list since i moved over a year ago but with no luck. since then i have needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. this was done by the nhs but i had to wait 6 months causing me to spend well over £100 on antibiotics. this pretty much cleared out my savings as between us me and my partner we only make £600 a month all of which goes on rent bills ect. the problem is that i now need a root canal (as the infection has gotten under a filling and is now in my jawbone) but i simply do not have the money to pay for it. i am in a lot of pain, is there anyway to treat this that will not need my to get a bank loan? any advice would be great
