Q. I need two crowns on the top front teeth. I have been told the difference in price beween private and nhs options but my dentist would not say either way which is the best option can anyone tell me what i will be getting for the difference in price.

A. As a rule a private crown should be made by a better quality Lab using superior materials. You should also have more of a choice regarding the type of material used and the overall look of final result
