Q. hi Julian, I have had a growing concern lately with my front two teeth. One has moved forward and the rest of the teeth want to take its place behind but this is in the early stages. I’m only a student in 6th form and only have limited funds so what are my options as i want to stop anything worse happening before it does happen. Many thanks,
