I m 51,should I undergo jaw joint replacement operation?
Q. I am due to have a jaw joint replacement op later this year. I am 51 years old and have undergone many surgeries mainly to my spine. For some reason this surgery scares me and I am feeling reluctant to go through with it. I know I can’t really go on in this much pain and have had many procedures done before being told this is the only way left. Can you reassure me please.
A. Please visit my website www.tmjpainreleif.com.uk . I have only had to refer 1 of my patients for surgery in the years i have been practicing and would always advise other methods first.
I would be happy to talk to you about your symptoms, please call my surgery on 020 7612 9810.
