I’m 19 and my appearance is vital to me. Is there anything I can do sort out the extensive problems with my teeth?

Q. Hi sir, i am 19 years old and as a young woman my appearance is vital to me. When i was 6 years old i fell down a flight of stairs and had to undergo surgery to place my dental structure back into place however through the years i have experienced several problems because of this. They have become displaced and are not straight . the enamel has worn off the bottom front row and have discouloured generously my gums are very weak the slightest touch and they bleed wich then makes it hard and uncomfortable brushing my teeth so i have dificulty batteling plack. My mouth is in constant pain and it is getting to the point where i cannot cope any more . is there any help i can get out there to make me smile again?,
A. The first thing you need to do is get your gums under controll, you will need to see a dental hygienist before starting any other treatment. You need to see a dentist for a consultation asap.
