I lost my second molar and am toothless now, what do you advise?

Q.
hello
I’m currently 17 i lost my second molar to the left 2 months ago and I’m sad that i might be toothless.. So is it possible for it to grow back and do you have any advice for me?
A.
Dear Enquirer,
You cannot grow another tooth as it was your permanent tooth that you have lost. You can have a bridge fitted or have an implant placed to replace the missing tooth, both procedures are explained on this site.

I have just had a temporary dressing put in a lower molar while an inlay is made. The dressing is white and feels quite chalky. How strong id this dressing – can I eat with it?
