I lost my front two teeth, I think I need cosmetic work, what can i do?

Q.
Firstly.. I am terrified of dentists, for a number of reasons.
Most recently I fell out of a 15ft window, landed on my face and now both front teeth are missing.
I stopped eating sweets altogether and anything else I felt could do more harm to my teeth.
Also I had a piercing in my lower lip which has made my gums recede very badly.
As you can imagine all this has put a lot of fear into me… I also suffer quite badly from dreams where all my teeth fall out.
I’m 30 years old and really do not want to put it off any longer.
The problem I have is that the plate with my now 2 front teeth on it seems to do more damage than good.
I desperately want to be able to smile but have got so used to keeping my mouth closed I never do any more.
I have extra money each month as I work 2 jobs, one of them I am in the public eye as a Dj and want to able to look my best.
I am torn as what to do.
In my opinion I need the works, gum work and veneers.
What is the best way to get this sorted. I have extra money but I’m not rich by any means.
Can you help?
A.
It sounds like you need a thorough examination with a view to treatment involving the gums, teeth and replacing your denture. If you’d like us to take a look please call our clinic, a new patient examination, x-rays and report costs £90.
