I having a smile makeover and my Veneer has cracked, what should I do?

very glad to ask with you, i’ve been placing veener 3 times, because i’m beginner in tha “smile make over”
i used “resin cement” from shofu and bond to feldspathic veener using VITA,
then 3 days the veener cracked and several loose fit.
this the first time i knew a case like this, what should i do?

hi Have been to a dentist for Lumineers. The dentis says that VITA veneers have the same quality and do the same job for £200 each. Do you offer such a treatment.
how much would it cost to have a full makeover with veneers? i have seen prices ranking from 300 for a veneer upto 1000 for a veneer surely this cant be right. also is it possibe to get the veneers funded by the NHS if my teeth cause depression as i really want a smile makeover it will change my life
