I am a 37 year old single mother who is desperate enought to write this begging letter. My teeth are so horrible I can't even bare to look in the mirror. I am so desperately unhappy and lonely, i have no confidence in myself and find it hard to interatact as I am worried people are looking at my teeth. I have spoken to my dentist serveral time but because of the nhs restraints I can bearly get an appointment, let alone cosmetic treatment. My financial status is embarrassing. I know this is a very well established practice and wondered if you could find it in your hearts to help me smile again free of charge or perhaps I could do some cleaning or chores for you in return.
