I Have To Clench My Teeth To Keep My Dentures In. I Would Be Grateful If You Could Help Me With This Matter?
Q.
Hello Dr Moore. I would like to ask you what the cost of a full set of dental implants would be? I have an Ill fitting upper denture (this is the 3rd one) and I hate having it in my mouth. I am constantly having to clench my teeth to keep it in which gives me headaches. I have my bottom teeth, except a bridge of three in the front which really don’t match, needless to say I am very conscious of
this and don’t smile like I used to. I really don’t know what to do, can you help with this matter? I would be grateful if you can give me some advice.
Thank you.

Hello. The costs of dentures varies according to your dental situation, the type of denture needed, type of lab used and the charges the dentists makes, as a guide we charge from around £1200 for this type of treatment. If you want something more secure than dentures you could consider dental implants to make them more comfortable. Try a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dentist for an in depth assessment of what can be done for you. Kind regards, Dr Andrew Moore.
